Phoenix is a 50 pound, 4 year old female bull terrier. She is spayed, microchipped, healthy and up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. She is house trained, kennel trained and sweet as can be with humans of all ages. She is obedient and fun to be with. But, she wants to kill our other female dog. We sent them to training together, before we got married and combined households but that didn't change her feelings. For over a year, we have lived in 1 house with these dogs completely separated. But, sometimes we mess up and they make contact. That results in the other dog being hurt and sometimes Phoenix gets hurt as well. We are afraid of having a worse incident between the 2 dogs and feel it would be safer for them to live apart. Phoenix is 100% fine with our male bull terrier, but I am afraid of how she would be with other male dogs. Therefore, it is best that she be someone's only dog. She was raised around cats, as a puppy, but we haven't had her around cats for 2 years. We love this sweet girl and hope to find her a loving home with a fenced yard and no other dogs.
