I've had Casey 3 weeks now and she is a fantastic dog. She needed out of her home quickly when she and the family's older pup began to have problems with each other, and the family had an infant in the house which added serious stress to safely separating the pups when they would fight. Casey is definitely nervous of other dogs and will thrive as an only dog. We've muzzle trained and she lives for long hikes with the other pups, but is anxious when they are in her space around the house. She loves people, has a flawless recall, loves to learn and cuddle, and will make someone a fantastic partner for years. She has excelled in competition spaces with many dogs around, and has been great with cats, horses, goats. . . etc. She is hypothyroid, and on treatment which is extremely affordable and simple, just a pill with breakfast and lunch. She's begun losing weight since moving in, and she is happy to jog 4 miles with the pack, or take it easy around the house. Happy to answer any questions, and have access to vet records and embark info from previous owners.
