About Trotter

This sweet little 4-year-old Chihuahua is in search of his forever human, and he has so much love to give. His devotion and loyalty are unmatched, and he dreams of forming a deep, lifelong connection. Trotter's journey hasn't been easy. He originally found himself in a shelter alongside his cherished companion, but when his friend was adopted, Trotter was left heartbroken and alone in a noisy environment. The fear and sadness he experienced led him to chew anxiously at the bars of his cage, leaving him exhausted and injured. When we learned of his situation, we knew we had to step in and bring him to a safer, loving place. Now, Trotter is vaccinated, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped. He thrives on the love of his person and would do best as the only dog in a quiet home, as he can still feel overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of life. This little guy is a true velcro dog who simply wants to be by your side.
