Senior #BelgianMalinois Alert Joseph A735311 9 Year Old Male Adopted At L.A.A.S. & Dumped 2 Months Later OK #SeniorBelgianMalinois fans, if you're out there you probably remember Joseph A735311 when he was #A2098909 at LA Animal Services. Well guess what, that 'magical adoption' from 11/2024 didn't last long as he was dumped again less than 2 months later :( Joseph was found by a resident of Cerritos earlier this week and taken to Long Beach Animal Care Services, when his microchip was found myself and many other people were shocked and utterly disappointed Joseph was just 'adopted' from another shelter after being a long-term senior resident for over 400 days arriving there in August of 2023 :( Sadly, all contact information on his microchip from the adoption is no longer in service and records indicate his adopter was an unhoused person at the time. It's very disheartening to see after all that time at a shelter, and all the #Hoorays he received when he was adopted, was nothing more than a load of bullsh1t and just delayed the inevitable ending up spending his final moments in a kennel.
