With his fluffy, curly coat, he can be the perfect gentleman once he has a moment to warm up to you, as he is a little shy at first. After that, he will just snuggle up and stay near you all day long, every day. Charley would do best in a home where someone is around more often than not and would benefit from a doggy sibling his size or smaller to keep him company. Charley has made great strides with his leash and door manners, crate- and house-training along with basic commands in his foster home. He absolutely loves to tag along with you on a car ride and discover a new place, like a local coffee shop.
