About Roy

A Miami stray Roy is a three year, male, tan, Chihuahua mix who weighs 7lbs. Based on Roy's physical and emotional condition, the dog does not appear to have had a good day in his life. We are thankful, beyond words, that we could save this boy and welcome him with open arms into our rescue. Roy was a dog who had been seen living on the streets for a while. He is emaciated and his overall condition is poor. He seems shut down, but is improving daily. He is starting to seek our attention from his foster mom and is following her around the house and yard. Roy is very quiet, well mannered, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and is very low maintenance. We would love to find this sweet boy a one-on-one foster who will take him to our vet appointments in Venice and help Roy though his journey of healing. This boy is a gentle soul. Adoption fee $400.
