URGENT: Sirius Needs an Adopter by 1/14! Meet Sirius, a 5yr old, 42lb Husky mix whose name means 'the brightest star in the night sky.' This playful, affectionate boy is stressed in his kennel and urgently needs a loving home. Why Sirius is a Star: 'Calm and gentle, loves pets and hugs. 'Takes treats nicely and knows sit, shake, and lay down. 'Slight pull on walks but listens well and checks in with his handler. 'Came in with a kennel mate and has shown no reactivity to other dogs. 'Sirius starts a little timid but quickly warms up with wagging tail and soft affection. 'He thrives outside the shelter environment and deserves a chance to shine.
