About Lenny

Lenny is one of a litter of four puppies that came to our rescue with their mom. Mom has been adopted and now its time to find her puppies great homes. The pups are about 3 months old. Lenny is the big brother and weighs about 16 pounds. Their personalities are all so different, but they are all really good puppies that like to play and romp but also love belly rubs and lap time. We are unsure of their breed but mom was a beagle mix. Mom only weighed 16 pounds so the pups are going to be bigger than her. Our best guess is Australian cattle dog and of course some beagle mixed in. Lenny is much taller than the other 3. All four of the puppies know how to use a doggie door to go in and out of the house. He is such a sweet dog and deserves the bEST home ever. Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster-based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
