About Scotty

Scotty was rescued from a high kill shelter in Los Angeles, California. These shelters are in severe overcrowding conditions and are euthanizing young, healthy dogs at an alarming rate!! He was rescued just in time and now he's looking for a loving forever home! He is one year old, neutered male, Scottish terrier. Scotty is adorable and a sweet boy.
