About Axel

Meet Axel Age: 3.5 years old Weight: 44 lbs Vet Record: 100% vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, male Meet Axel, a charming and fluffy mix of who-knows-what! Axel is sweet, gentle, and incredibly friendly-he loves making friends with everyone he meets. He's calm, smart, and curious, always happy to be part of the action. Axel is house-trained and doesn't cause trouble when left alone at home. He enjoys his walks but is still working on perfecting his leash skills. He gets along well with other dogs and cats and is currently in a foster home with another dog, a cat, and an 8-year-old child-he's great with everyone! With his low to medium energy, Axel loves attention and enjoys being petted and cuddled. Rescued by our partner organization, 'Dogs on Road,' in Batumi, Georgia, Axel has an incredible story. He was found injured under a bridge after being hit by a car and underwent surgery to repair a fractured pelvis. He's now fully recovered and enjoys life at full speed-running, jumping, and loving every moment. Axel is an easygoing and awesome dog who will make a fantastic companion for any family.
