Hope For Cleo Animal Rescue does also offer a selection of Max and Neo Martingale Collars, Leashes and Harnesses. These are the collars the pups have been wearing since the day they arrived. If you choose to have this on your new pup you can choose a brand-new set for $30.00 of any color we have in the correct size for the pup. Set Includes: One Leash and One Collar Or One Leash and One Harness/Collar (for smaller pups) We Do Get Abandoned Moms with Litters, Orphaned Pups and Pregnant Dogs from extremely high Kill Shelters frequently.
