Momma Mia was rescued from an abandon house with a litter of puppies. She is fearful when meeting anyone new to include new dogs. She appears to be aggressive because she will growl and act as if she is going to bite but it is all out of fear. She has never bit anyone. If you offer to take her for a walk, she is instantly your friend. In her foster home, it took her about 3-weeks to be comfortable with the foster's dogs. She does resource guard her space so it is recommended feeding her away from others and allowing her to have her own crate or space. She is a hunter and will actively chase cats so a home with cats is not recommended. She has not been tested with children so also not recommended since she is so fearful. The perfect family would be one willing to make her feel safe and one that will take her on daily walks.
