About Tiberias

This post is going out with a prayer that one special angel will say Yes to fostering sweet Tiberias. There is a rescue intrested in pulling him from being euthanized if they can find a foster that will take him in for a few weeks . The rescue will pay for all vet expenses . Below is his bio from the shelter so far , he still needs to be assessed , he just came in , however he is so so sweet . Tiberias (ACCT-A-210860) was found by Philly Police tonight walking in circles in the cold with possible burn marks on his face. Someone must have loved this boy enough to have his eye removed, but a shelter is no place for a senior boy to stay if his humans aren't located. They gave this sweet, shy senior a ride to ACCT Philly. They believe he may be completely blind, as he was walking into anything and everything in his way. He may also have hearing impairment.
