At 8 years old, this handsome 65-pound pit/lab mix has mastered the art of balance-he's energetic enough to keep up with your adventures but calm and sweet enough to be your ultimate cuddle buddy. Riley is a people-pleaser through and through. He adores being petted, snuggling on the couch, and spending quality time with his humans. He's especially wonderful with kids and gets along great with other dogs, making him an excellent addition to a family household. When it's time for some outdoor fun, Riley loves running, playing, and exploring. He's a bit of a curious wanderer, so a home with a securely fenced yard is a must to keep him safe while he explores. This sweet boy is housetrained, knows how to 'sit,' and behaves well in a crate (though he might whine a little at first). He's also an excellent car passenger, making him the perfect buddy for road trips or errands around town. While he's good on a leash, he's got a brisk walking pace-perfect for someone looking for an active companion! Riley has a sensitive tummy and does best with high-quality dog food, but his love, loyalty, and snuggles are well worth the extra care.
