Gertrude is looking for a new forever home. Seeking an ACTIVE person/couple interested in a sweet, young dog. Gertrude is a 3 year old Maltese/Boston Terrier mix dog, 16 pounds, spayed, vaccinated and in good health. Gertie is a sweet, loving and sensitive girl who was adored by her family.�%A0 Unfortunately, Gertie in unable to live happily with their older dog., as she struggles with resource guarding. This is not with humans, specifically another dog in the home. Gertie goes to Doggie Day Care and plays well with dogs at the park and in our social lives. However. Gertie will need to be in a one-pet home. She is nervous and will bark at you upon first meeting (especially men), but after she's comfortable with you, she's your friend 'til the end.
