About Bear

Bear is an incredible dog. She is a rescue originally and does really well with adults. She is a giant cuddle bug and will be content laying on top of you for hours. Bear is the perfect companion dog and loves to just be around people. She is house trained but does not do well in a crate. (We have had her for 7 years and when we work she just sits/sleeps around the house). She loves being around people but is not great with kids as she doesn't like to be pestered. She doesn't love being around other dogs (it can be okay sometimes but other times ends poorly especially other females). She can pull pretty strongly on walks so we use a prong collar which does help. We have to consider rehoming because unfortunately our toddler isn't great at leaving Bear alone and the older Bear gets the more she just wants to cuddle and sleep.
