ONLY ASKING FOR A FEE TO ENSURE HE GOES TO A GOOD HOME (can be negotiated). This dog is a lover but needs room to be free and a yard to run. We adopted him from the animal shelter 2 years ago and he has been a good dog up until this past Christmas Eve. He started barking and trying to escape his room like he was scared/nervous/anxious about something but nothing had changed in his living situation. Ever since he has not stopped his continuous barking unless he is outside or out of his room and free to roam which we cannot provide at the moment do to having to move in with family and other animals and people with disabilities. He's shown NO signs of aggression just constantly wants wants to be outside.
