Courtesy Posting: X URGENT! ORANGE COUNTY, SO CAL. CURRENTLY RESCUE ONLY - ADORABLE, BUT NEGLECTED MALE CHOW FOUND AS A STRAY AND NOW AT THE WAGS SHELTER IN WESTMINSTER, SO CAL The shelter is asking for help as this boy is scared to be pet. We have had people visit him, but it's only been allowed through the kennel fence. We are told he was non reactive to other dogs passing by him. With people, he's been pretty aloof. He's estimated to be 3.75 yrs but he hasn't been examined. We need a chow savvy foster and also a rescue!
