About Riot

This poor puppy was bought to train to fight but soon became a tool to abuse a child. He was kept in a room except when he was taken out to potty. I rescued the dog when the boy reached out to save his life because his father was going to beat him to death in order to torture the son. I was warned he'd never been around dogs it other humans and would be aggressive but had never been anyone. The first day he nipped my ankle but it didn't hurt me. 2 days later he tried to attack my oldest child Ava my other dog stepped in between and he hurt my dog and my middle child got accidentally bit by him. He is however sweet and very loyal and loves babies but i do not recommend him for a household with kids. He needs some training and socialization and someone who is steady in their emotions and knows how to deal with abuse and neglected dogs. He needs someone assertive but friendly and very patient and not really intimidated but won't challenge him. He also needs a place where he can be active and loved on frequently and can adopted to have him fixed. Though he has attacked i do believe it was trauma instinct and not his actual intent to harm anyone. He learned super fast and submits easily if you can give him Cora's and assertive commands. Definitely a work in progress but also definitely worth the investment. Please help me save this dog from being euthanized! If he doesn't find a home soon i will be forced to have him put down as he has already harmed living things in my household and is once again very skittish and aggressive with us since fighting my dog.
