My name is Brad Pitty, but don't let that scare you! I'm very sweet. - I live in Bastrop LA - My estimated age is approximately 2 years old, per the vet. - I resemble an American Staffordshire Terrier (even though Pitty is part of my name) - I weigh 70 lbs - I was neutered on December 20th - I'm UTD on shots and had a health check on December 20th. - Unfortunately, I am Heartworm positive. Should start treatment soon. - Rehoming fee and vet records/reference required. I previously lived nextdoor to my current foster pawrents (with my daughter Shiloh), but I decided I'd rather be with my foster pawrents because they give me more attention and I get regular meals. When my previous family was asked if I was theirs, they denied knowing me. That's okay, I deny them too! * I get along well with other dogs. * I like kitty cats but I want to play with them and chase them. I can become obsessed with them. * I've lived my whole life outdoors until the 20th. I definitely want and need to be allowed inside with my family. * I have had NO accidents in the house, and I'm already crate trained * I do know some basic commands like sit, and down (when I try to jump up on people for attention). I'm doing very well with lay down, stay, and leave it. * I'm very playful and like to play fetch. * I love children but should probably be with older children because I'm a big clumsy boy. * I do well with being brushed. * I love attention and just want to get love and to give love. * I'm a little shy when I first meet people and may bark at them, because I haven't been treated very well. Likely prejudice, because of my breed. I generally do warm up pretty quickly though. Please message Mom if you are interested in being my forever family.
