Percy came to our backyard almost four years ago because we provided a reliable source for food and shelter. We are military and have been fortunate enough to rescue and foster many kitties! In March of 2023 Percy had a kitten which left her more comfortable moving indoors. We have three other rescue kitties, but unfortunately, the females will bully Percy causing her to feel less comfortable and to urinate on our guest bed. To clarify, these incidents do not happen all the time. Percy would be happier in a home where she does not have to share her resources and environment with so many other kitties. Percy can adjust well to other pets, especially male cats. Ideally, we would love for her to be adopted with our male cat (Welsey) because they get along very well. Percy is self-reliant, a survivor, playful, can be cautious, and snuggly. We hope to find a family that will provide her with love, patience, playtime, treats, and consistency.
