About Lobo

This beautiful boy is Lobo, a 9 years old Australian Cattle Dog who weighs between 45-50 pounds. Lobo knows his basic commands: sit, lay down, and drop it. He is also house trained and likes to nap in his crate. At night he will nudge his person with his paw to take him outside. He is tremendously smart and learns the house routines quickly. Lobo is a social guy who likes people. Sometimes he will even try to hop into the car of a visitor. Lobo lives with other dogs and is good with dogs his size and larger. He likes to play with dog pals. He isn't a fan of little dogs who pester him by getting in his face (which is why he needs a new home without a pesky little dog). He is a cat chaser, so is best on a home without them. Savvy barn cats who know to stay high would be fine. Lobo is a wonderful travel and hiking buddy. He is good in the car and good on leash. He also has good recall and likes off leash hikes. Lobo loves to fetch. He will fetch just about anything! Lobo 'talks' to his person. Plus, he loves to lay beside his person on the couch and get scratches on his chest. He's tremendously smart. This boy is definitely a best friend type of dog looking for his forever pal. Lobo is neutered and current on vaccines. He is located in Acton, CA and ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
