About Jellybean

Jellybean is a 4 year old dalmatian/blackmouth cur mix. With the right person, he is affectionate, funny, and goofy. Unfortunately, he has had lifelong struggles with reactivity. He does not handle novelty very well, and will bark and puff up at unfamiliar people and animals. He has not broken skin, and the incidents have been infrequent, but he has bitten both of his current owners during moments of high stress. I have had him since he was a puppy, and I love him with all my heart, but he needs a home with more time and money to invest in him than I have. While he is slow to warm up, he has lived with other dogs his entire life and will eventually warm up to them. Being his owner has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I will miss him every minute of the rest of my time on this earth, but I know I'm not the right home for him. Asking for a nominal fee to filter out uncertain responses. I want him to be in the best possible situation.
