My husband and I have come to the very difficult decision to re-home our dog Stella. We are expecting our first baby this December and with Stella's anxiety and unpredictability we just cannot trust her around an infant. Stella is an amazing dog 80% of the time, especially if I am not around. Her anxiety seems much worse when I am present. Stella is ~7 years old (8 this January) and is a vizsla mix. She is spayed, updated on all vaccines and is on heartworm/tick prevention medications. Stella gets along with most other dogs and is a regular at doggie daycare. She does not get along with cats and I would not recommend her around young children based on her issues above. She has a very sweet temperament, but can be timid around new people, especially men. Stella is updated on vaccines. This is the hardest decision we have had to make and I just want to ensure Stella finds the best home. Thank you for your consideration.
