It would be the best if he can be the only dog in the house as he enjoys being in the center of attention. Typical Maltese��%BD��%BD%A4��%BD *Kids: No interest in kids and Not recommended as he could run away when the door is left open by kids accidentally . Couple without young kids or single lady would be an ideal family. *Housebroken: He uses pee pads inside. Prefers to go out for potty after eating. *Leash: Very good. Enjoy walking outside. *Behavioral: No but he could be over excited over foods or treats *Riding a car: Good *Barker: No constant barking but he barks when wants foods or attention or when he greets people. He stops barking when he is told to stop. *Diet: Very good eater. Be careful not to put foods within reach. He could eat anything within reach. *Toys: Enjoy playing with toys *Territorial Marking: No *Rescue Story: Haru was a stray dog. After rescue, he got transferred to the local shelter but the everyday life in the shelter was not better than the life in the street. His foster decided to get him out of the shelter before it gets too late. *Personality: Haru is definitely the best cuddler who always wants to sleep right next to you and be with you all day long. The charming little boy jumps around the house making you smile and happy. Very people friendly and smart to learn things quickly! *Ideal Family: The retired couple, not too old though, who can spend most of time with Haru would be ideal. The couple without young kids would be good too as long as they can devote their love and time to him. Work from home would be ideal! Please let him use the steps to the sofa or bed as he tends to jump around a lot. It's concerned that his activity level can cause joint issues along the way. It's advised to keep him from jumping like using steps or ramps for furniture. Joint supplements is recommended as well. No apartment living, townhome is okay.
