Hi. My wife and I are looking to surrender an 11 month white siberian husky. When we adopted her from IACS they told us she was 11 years old, and we would've been okay with that as we already have a puppy and didn't want another. We have a 7 month and a cat at home as well so adding an extra puppy isn't in our plan. She was fixed and does great with other dogs and our son, but is iffy with the cat. Whoever owned her before clearly did little to no training as she is just now learning sit and lay down with us. We understand how difficult it is to surrender a pet but it simply was not what we signed up for and IACS says they can't take appointments for another 5 months. Thank You
