Toby was found on the side of road the weekend before Christmas. Extremely malnourished and could barely walk. He was examined by a vet and his health issues are on the mend. He is becoming more energetic daily and is a very loving and patient dog. He is very intelligent. He needs a fenced yard to get the exercise he needs daily and a family that had much love to give.
