About DELILAH

Our very own 'Hey there Delilah' ��Z ��Z%BC��%90 Delilah is an extremely loving, sweet, and active pup for the little tripod that she is! Although Delilah came from unfortunate circumstances and endured painful times that led to a necessary leg amputation, she has become the most social little butterfly and lives her life the same way any other 4-legged pup would. Delilah is very affectionate and friendly with anyone she meets. She loves playing with squeaky toys, chasing her foster brothers around the yard, and going on short walks (although she only walks a few blocks right now until her leg strength is at its best). Although she may have a lot of energy, she can also be very calm and enjoys relaxing throughout the day. Due to her cruel past, Delilah is still working on subsiding her resource guarding of affection around her foster brothers, but with time and patience she has already shown some improvement! With the same kind of time and patience in a forever home, she would do great with another dog or even as the only dog. Delilah is potty trained, knows some basic commands, and is ready to be a part of your family!
