About Nolan

Nolan was rescued from a rural NC shelter as they did not put him on the adoption floor. I have had him in foster for 11 mos and he needs to find a home of his own. I sent Nolan to 2 weeks of board and train obedience training. He walks great on leash, knows sit and lay commands. He is extremely food motivated so easy to train. Nolan is a large dog, approx 65 lbs. He is very happy and nothing bothers him. He sleeps thru thunder storms etc. Nolan has his own room in my house and doesn't need a crate when in that room. That is where he stays while I am at work 4-5 hrs a day. I am looking for an experienced dog owner who knows this breed. Nolan can be very mouthy and needs chew toys. He will need correction and must go to a home with no kids or cats. He does like other dogs, has a dominant/rough play style. He will need a very tolerant playful dog OR could be your only dog.
