About Nugget

Nugget is a 12-year-old Yorkie poodle mix with a lot of energy and personality. This little guy loves to play fetch and knows lots of fun tricks. Nugget is very protective and loving with adults, but can be aggressive around children, so a home without young kids would be best. Nugget has a high activity level and needs plenty of playtime and exercise to stay entertained. He's great at jumping and can easily clear standard fences, so a secure, privacy-fenced backyard is a must. Nugget is neutered, but not until he was around year 2 of age, so he may mark territory if left unattended, but the adopter will receive reusable diapers to help manage this. Overall, Nugget is a lively companion who will bring lots of love and entertainment to the right active adult home. If you can provide Nugget with the attention and exercise he craves, he'll make a wonderful addition to your family.
