Meet Coraline: A Story of Love and Resilience. When she arrived at the shelter, she was found in the back of a shed-weak, emaciated, and barely able to stand. But just look at her now! Coraline has gained 10 pounds, bringing her to a healthy and happy 38 pounds. Thanks to the devoted care she received-complete with lab work, x-rays, and the medications she needed-this sweet girl has blossomed into a picture of health and joy. Coraline is not only fun and playful but incredibly loving. She adores attention and will look up at you with her soulful brown eyes, filled with tenderness and gratitude for every little kindness you show her. Her eyes tell her story-one of resilience, hope, and a deep longing to love and be loved. This smart girl knows where the toys are kept in the yard and nudges the lid of the bin open to uncover the treasures inside. During our Christmas toy party, she couldn't pick a favorite-she loved them all! We sent her back to her kennel with a bundle of toys, and on the way, she hopped into an empty wagon with her prize, as if it were her very own Christmas sled.
