Sweet puppy Wayne was found wandering in the Raleigh NC area and our rescue needs a foster for him asap. He is approx 3 mos old and 27lbs. Little Wayne is house and crate trained, typically fine for 4-5 hours in his crate. He is loveable and enjoys human affection. The dog of the person who found him doesn't like Wayne (the other dog is senior and Wayne is a puppy) so we need to move him asap.
