About Buoy

Buoy is a beautiful young (1.5y) 50 lb cattle dog mix who gets compliments everywhere he goes. He is intelligent, energetic, and affectionate. He'd love to spend all day hiking and then snuggle up with you on the couch. Buoy enjoys playing with toys, taking long walks on the beach (in the early hours so he can enjoy it alone), and chasing birds. Like many cattle dogs, he has a high prey drive and should not be housed with small animals, cats, or children under 15. Buoy can be friendly with some dogs off leash but needs regular reinforcement to maintain his manners around other dogs while on leash. He would do best in a household with an experienced owner who would enjoy the challenge of keeping this boy busily engaged. He wants be to be someone's very best friend; he will follow you around the house to make sure you are never lonely. Buoy is crate trained, has all his basic commands, is up to date on his vaccines, neutered, and is a very heathy. Please consider making the beautiful boy the new center of your world!
