PIPER is a 6 year old, 17.8 pound gorgeous Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with so much love to give! She was surrendered to us due to a changing family situation. Piper is a little love bug who enjoys the company of people, other dogs, and even cats. She freely gives kisses to anyone or anything in her close vicinity. She loves taking long naps in the big bed and enjoys just lounging around the house. Piper gets along well with other small dogs and would do well in a home with other pets or as an only, soaking up all of the attention for herself. She walks well on a leash and is happy to join her person on leisurely walks around the yard. She is 100% potty trained and will make some noises to let you know when she needs to go outside. Speaking of noises, Piper is typically pretty quiet, but when she gets excited or needs something she makes the funniest little sounds to make sure she's heard! Piper enjoys car rides and is a very easy going pup. With her easy going personality, we think Piper would do well with kids who have experience around dogs. At night, Piper sleeps at the end of the big bed on a soft blanket. She has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative, has had a 12 month ProHeart heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. MORE about PIPER: Piper is definitely food motivated and will tell you just how excited she is about getting to eat her dinner! Her food intake needs to be monitored though because she will eat until she makes herself sick.
