Nine year old Lemon was adopted from the shelter a few months ago but things aren't working out in her new home. She, unfortunately, ate one of the owner's chickens and has shown interest in the cats. Lemon is a sweet, playful girl who enjoys car rides. She is housebroken, crate trained and gets along with older children and other dogs. She is an active dog for a senior girl! As is common with 93% of blue Dobermans, Lemon has color dilution alopecia (CDA), a genetic skin condition. CDA causes patchy hair loss and thinning, and can also lead to flaky or itchy skin. The hair coat may appear dry, dull, and poor quality. There is no cure for CDA, but treatments, such as good food and supplements, can help manage symptoms. Please complete an adoption application at http://www.dobermanrescuenm.com. A $150.00 adoption fee applies.
