About Rocky

This handsome blue boy is Rocky. He is an Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs about 45 pounds and we estimate his age to be around 2-3 years old. Rocky is a sweet boy who learns quickly. He already knows: sit, stay, no. He is house trained and also crate trained. Rocky is happy meeting new people and sometimes jumps up in excitement. He started out nervous meeting people and continues to gain confidence. He is a socialite just waiting to happen. He would likely be good with older kids, as long as the household isn't busy. Rocky is also good with dogs of all sizes. He loves to play chase and tag with his dog pals. Plus he is good with free range chickens! He isn't bad around horses, either. He had seen cats in the area and hasn't tried to chase, so he may be good with cats. Ricky absolutely adores the Jolly Ball. It is his favorite toy.�%A0 He is good on leash but will pull if he sees a rabbit, squirrell or other rodent. He is also okay in the car and, with more practice, will be a good travel buddy. Rocky is a best friend ready to happen. He is a good boy who likes to be doing what his person is doing, wants to please, and learns quickly. He keeps gaining confidence and will really blossom in a home where he gets more personal interaction. Someone will be lucky to be Rocky's person. Rocky is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines. He is located in Perris, CA, and is ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. We do not ship out dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
