About Bodhi

Bodhi is a beautiful sheltie/shepherd mix weighing 55lbs. I am looking to rehome due to unforeseen lifestyle changes. I now live in a small apartment and no longer have the help of family to watch over him while I work night shifts, so I feel it is best he's under the care of someone who has more time for him as well as more space to be able to run around. He's house trained and loves doing tricks for food and when playing fetch. I think he would be best fit in a home with a more experienced owner and possibly with other dogs around. He has a lot of energy and loves to run around and play fetch. Bodhi is a loving, mindful dog; however, he can be afraid of people at first and has tried to bite members of my family upon initial interactions when in a submissive position. It is very infrequent and he is well behaved the majority of the time. The last thing I want to do is give up on Bodhi, he is a beautiful dog with a lot of love to give and I think he can flourish under the right care and environment.
