About Onyx

Onyx was found running on a busy roadway, dragging a leash behind her. She didn't have any owner information on her, but since it seemed like she'd managed to somehow slip away from her human we had high hopes they'd be looking for her and we'd be able to reunite them. Unfortunately, no one ever came for her. The dainty little dork has the sweetest heart. She's great on a leash, and mostly calm and gentle. She's very friendly, but she's also happy to hang out by herself. Onyx is a pro at sitting on command for a treat, and she takes them gently from your hand. She also really enjoys playing with toys, and has done well meeting other dogs in shelter.
