About Oakley

Meet Oakley! He is a pure bred Australian Shepherd and will be 3 in February. He is a loving dog and a big part of our 3-dog family. Unfortunately, my husband has unexpectedly assigned to a multi-year assignment in downtown Seattle, WA and the apartment does not allow dogs over 20 pounds. It breaks our hearts to rehome him, but he is not a dog that would be happy in a small apt in a city. He currently has a big yard to run in and loves to run around with his siblings, the neighbor dog and his buddies at daycare. He is up to date on all his shots and preventatives (and is chipped). He has been to puppy kindergarten, novice training and agility classes. We have multiple crates, beds, toys, harnesses and more. Vet, Embark, and boarding/daycare info available to new family. He can be a little anxious when he first meets people or new furry friends when on leash, but quickly warms and wants more loving, pets or play. He follows his humans everywhere they go and often hangs out off leash while we work in the front yard. He is 53 pounds and has beautiful Merle coloring.
