About Beauregard

Meet Beauregard, a 7-year-old over-weight 15-pound Maltese seeking a mature, patient family to welcome him. The previous owner is facing medical and emotional challenges and has recently been unkind to him- even bopping him on the head as punishment. This is not ok. Beauregard is an extremely loving boy who gets on well with other dogs of all temperaments. He does not want to share a bone. No bones. But he dines just fine at meal time with his foster brothers and sisters, shares toys, space, love, and play. He is overweight. His ideal family will have a secure yard, doggy door, and family that will take him on walks to work off those pounds and do his business. He is up to date on all vaccines Tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you - the better. What can this companion expect from you and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. You must prepare to meet in person without hurry, and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical, and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response- as I review inquiries.
