About Jaxie Boy

Jaxie Boy or 'Jax' is a 3 yr old, 23lb happy go lucky Aussie in Maryville TN! He has quickly melted his foster mom's heart with his sweet nature. Most days, Jax would love to cuddle, nap, and play once in a while, but mainly cuddle! He does well on a leash, and hasn't shown any signs of aggression with other animals, though he will eat quickly if he thinks another animal wants his food. Jax, though very sweet is a timid boy. Most strangers he will avoid and hide from, especially at the vet. The vet can be very hard to visit. As for strangers at home, he will eventually warm up to them, it just takes time. Since Jax is skittish, he would be great for a homebody or on car rides where he can be checked on consistently! He likes to play outside but he tends to play for a little before wanting to return inside and nap! Jax does have separation anxiety and would do great with someone who can check on him a couple of times a day! Overall Jax is incredibly sweet who just needs someone patient to show him love!
