Meet JET- A Loyal Companion in Need of a Loving Home We are heartbroken to make this decision, but due to unforeseen circumstances, including upcoming medical needs in our family that require us to be out of state for an extended period, we are seeking a new, loving home for our wonderful dog. Jet is a 3-year-old intact male miniature bernedoodle, who we rescued about two years ago. He has brought so much joy to our lives with his sweet, cuddly, and genuine nature. However, we believe he may have had a challenging past with his first owner, which has left him with some behavioral quirks that require patience and understanding. A Little About JET: �'ۢ Temperament: He is a total cuddle bug and thrives on affection and companionship. He can be unsure at times, likely stemming from some fear, but with the right person, he will flourish into an amazing companion. �'ۢ Health: Fully up-to-date on all vaccinations and in excellent health. �'ۢ Behavioral Needs: �'ۢ He displays resource guarding tendencies, particularly with items he perceives as valuable. This may include showing teeth but has never escalated to biting. �'ۢ He can be reactive to strangers at the front door but is manageable with proper guidance. �'ۢ We believe he would thrive in a home with a strong, confident male figure and someone who has experience or willingness to work with dogs with similar needs. What We're Looking for in a New Home: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced individual or family who can provide the stability and guidance JET needs to truly thrive. He would do best in a calm home without young children and with someone who can commit time to working through his quirks. This is not an easy decision for us, but we know it's the right one for him. We love him deeply and want to ensure he finds a home where he is understood and supported.
