About Teddy

Hi I'm Teddy, I am a sweet and lovable Maltese mix. I am approximately 4 years old, I weigh about 13lbs, I am neutered and UTD on all my vaccines. My foster mom says that, once my fur grows back in, I am going to look just like a little teddy bear. I get along with other dogs big and small, I am crate trained, and doing well with potty training as well as walking on a leash. When my foster mom got me, I was scared of the world around me and with the help of my furry foster brother, he has helped me realize the world isn't as scary as I thought. I am still a little scared of men, I am not sure why but they make me a little nervous, so I would need you to be patient with me while I work through this fear. I would do best in a quiet home and with someone who can continue working with me. I would be ok with older children, and possibly another dog to help me to continue building my confidence. Once I get comfortable, I can be a little goofball especially when I am playing with my toys and when I get tuckered, all I want to do is snuggle with my human.
