Milo has been kept in this cage and often chained for 2 years it is so cold the chain will freeze to the ground and he is inable to move. His water will freeze and he is unable to drink it at times. Humane society called numerous times and will not help. Owner is willing to relinquish Milo to a good home. Please help before he changes his mind!!
