About Merle

This sweet boy is in need of just the right family. We received him as a 6 weeks old puppy after his mom tragically passed away. We have had him for just over a year. He is such a good boy when he get the attention and time he needs and deserves. Merle loves to play out side with his toys and fetch. He loves to be with his people and is happiest with his family. He loves running, roaming, and tracking and would benefit from a new home with lots of acreage to roam. Merle does well around kids, adults, and other cats and dogs. He does like to jump up on people but can be easily corrected. He forgets himself at times, lol. Unfortunately we cannot keep this sweet boy. We live in town and have to travel pretty regularly for my husband's work. Also one of our son's has developed a pretty severe allergies to this sweet boy. All of this is leaving Merle lonely/bored at home leading to him being a top notch escape artist. Merle is up to date on all his vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. He knows sit, shake, and down commands. His recall isn't the best if his nose takes over. Has been leash/crate trained. Willing to include
