About COSMO

Cosmo is a sweet German Shepherd pup who needs to be rehomed immediately! He's currently living outdoors in an open yard of a business in Hayward, CA. Owner is not properly able to take are of him so Cosmo is alone for most of the day and night with no walks, attention, play, or basic training. Looking for a foster or adoptee as soon as possible so he gets the love and attention he deserves! He is really the sweetest dog who will make a wonderful companion.
