He was found living on the streets of downtown Memphis, He has been. We have taken him to the vet for his shots and he did test positive for heart worms which we have started treatment. He's a sweet boy and is gaining weight but we can't be his forever home. We have been trying to place him but can't find anyone. If we take him to a shelter he pull be put down. He need a foster or forever home ASAP. We have done all we can for him
