Meet Buckley This handsome boy, with the soulful eyes was returned to us four years after he was adopted. His mama passed away and Buckley was surrendered to us. He misses his mama and is feeling lost. We've been showing Buckley all the kindness we can, getting him into the play yards and helping him understand that he's been given a wonderful second chance to find the home of his dreams. Buckley is a really good boy. He's five years old. He has a gorgeous tan and white short-haired coat and is of medium size. He is people and dog friendly and would probably do best in a home with a doggie companion, but will chase cats and must be placed in a home without one. He's housetrained, walks easily on a leash and loves attention. He is an active/energetic dog and would do great in an active home. He welcomes long walks and a fenced yard to run around in. Buckley also loves to settle in with his person. Buckley will easily transition into a new family, having just come from a home situation. We can tell Buckley is missing his mom, the safety of his home and being with his person all of the time. We so hope a loving and patient family comes for Buckley to show him that his journey will continue and there is someone else who will love him like his mama. If interested in Buckley, please submit an application online at: www.charlessmithgallhumanesociety.org.
