About Willow

Willow is a beautiful lemon colored Foxhound approximately 9 to 10 years old. She came to us from the Beaufort County Animal Shelter where she was picked up as a stray. This girl has not stopped wagging her tail! Typical to Foxhounds, she is very very sweet. She wants to be friends with every dog, person and cat she meets! Willow does have a few medical issues that we are helping her with. She is currently about 10-15 pounds underweight due to malnutrition and intestinal parasites. She is being de-wormed and is gaining weight. Willow is going to be a big girl, probably 55-60 pounds. After she gets some weight back on, she will need to have her teeth cleaned and some of her lumps and bumps looked at. We believe she may already be spayed. Willow did test positive for heartworms, treatment has also started for that as well.
