About Chico

Chico is a Blue heeler. My boyfriend and I took him in from a family we didn't know on Facebook. They stated they didn't have the time to give him the proper attention and care he needed. In reality it's clear that he was abused. The poor baby is terrified of everything. We don't know what to do. He keeps marking in the house and we don't know how to discipline him without triggering him. He hasn't been aggressive with us or our two year old dachshund, but he has been aggressive towards other dogs (not all, but some). It seems to just be when he feels physically threatened. He's so smart and sweet, he loves to cuddle and give kisses. It breaks our heart to have to re-home him but we weren't prepared for a dog with trauma, he needs support from someone who really knows what they're doing.
